Privacy Policy

Updated October 6, 2026. This policy describes the public pre-release website and its local previews. Video generation, account sign-in and checkout are not open.

Portrait and audio drafts

When you select a portrait or audio file in the current studio preview, the browser displays or plays a local copy. These files are not uploaded to our server, sent to a video model or saved as a customer job. Removing a draft or closing the page removes that preview. Audio URL drafts do not import a file into a live generation service.

Browser storage and discovery sources

The browser saves your theme preference and a small discovery record locally on your device. The discovery record lasts up to 30 days and contains the first and most recent known external source, a public landing-page path and timestamps. It may include a referring hostname and recognized campaign labels. It does not retain a referring page’s full URL, conversation content, portraits, audio, prompts or payment information.

This record is not sent to an analytics service or associated with a customer account or order in this release. A ChatGPT referrer is only a source clue; it does not establish an organic recommendation. Unknown sources stay unknown. You can clear this record and the theme preference through your browser’s site-data settings. The preview still works when local storage is disabled.

Hosting and email

The deployment is intended to use Vercel hosting and Cloudflare DNS and site protection. Website requests can generate ordinary hosting or security logs, such as requested pages, IP addresses and browser information, under the hosting providers’ settings. We have not enabled third-party marketing analytics in this release.

If you email contact@videohotellobby.com, your message and return address are used to handle your inquiry. Do not include secrets or unrequested media. You can use the same address to ask about access, correction or deletion of your correspondence.

Before live generation and sales

The planned service needs sign-in, private storage, model processing and payment providers. Those flows are not active here. Provider identities, processing locations, retention, merchant details and customer choices must be confirmed and this policy updated before they open. Planned media-retention periods in development documents are not evidence of active storage today.

Public output examples will require separate permission to display. This preview does not share customer outputs automatically.
